Bill had his first hair transplant at another clinic in 2001. Unfortunately it was of poor quality with the grafts compressed, angry looking and in very obvious rows. Additionally, the direction and angles were all wrong. So much so, he resorted to wearing a hair system or wig. He approached Farjo in 2007, and in 2008 he had 2150 grafts by the strip FUT ultra-refined hair transplantation. We did consider removing some of his old grafts but decided it was not necessary and they simply blended in the new hairs
